Chaim Neuhoff, PH.D.
Chaim Neuhoff Ph.D. is a clinical Psychologist based in Brooklyn, New York who specializes in working with behavioral issues of children, adolescents, and their parents. He has extensive training in treating clients presenting with challenges of disruptive behavior (ADHD and ODD), cure mood concerns (depression and anxiety), and social skills related challenges (PDD spectrum).
Dr. Neuhoff runs several groups, geared both towards parents and children. He also serves as Consulting Psychologist for Toshia (a Brooklyn-based educational organization) and several schools where he assesses for child emotional and behavioral issues and trains teachers and staff who work with these children.
After completing his Psychology internship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Dr. Neuhoff served as Clinical Instructor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU School of Medicine from 2007–2012. He has also addressed several National Conventions including the American Psychological Association (APA), the Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (ABCT), The International Network of Orthodox Mental Health Professionals (Nefesh), The National Society for Hebrew Day Schools (Torah Umesorah), and Agudath Israel of America.
Dr. Yosef Posy, PSY.D
Dr Yosef Posy Psy.D is a NYS licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of disruptive behavior and anxiety disorders. He has advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through Behavioral tech Inc. which is a cutting edge therapy shown to help people suffering from emotional dysregulation. Dr Posy also has experience running social skills/ anger management groups together with Dr Chaim Neuhoff.
Dr Posy is the director of children’s services at Interborough Developmental & Consultation Center, where he provides staff training on the use of CBT and DBT to staff in 4 sites. He has done staff trainings and presentations in several schools in Brooklyn, and has consulted with many yeshivas. Dr Posy received his doctoral training from Hofstra University and has private practices in Boro Park and Flatbush.
Dr. Feigie Russ, PSY.D
Dr Feigie Russ Psy.D. is a NYS licensed psychologist who specializes in working with children, teenagers and adults who suffer from anxiety, OCD, social skills and low self confidence. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to combat cognitive distortions (maladaptive thinking patterns) and uses cognitive reframing techniques to help clients develop coping thoughts and coping strategies.
Dr. Russ received her doctoral training from Hofstra university and has a private practice in Brooklyn NY. She has created a social skills DVD ‘Social Smarts: making and keeping friends’ for children with social skills difficulties. She has also conducted numerous social skills groups and parenting groups.
