Part 1: Relational Life Therapy Online Level One Training

- Introduction to Relational Life Therapy
- Relational Mindfulness
- Data Gathering and Seven Lenses 1-4
- Data Gathering and Seven Lenses 5-7
- Finding Leverage
- Reconnecting
Part 2: Couples Experiential Workshop
Taught exclusively by Terry Real, this 2-day workshop is about Terry working with five couples wanting to heal and improve their relationship for deep, intimate connection.
Using techniques drawn from the approach he created, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), each couple is led, with extraordinary quickness and precision, to their ‘next step’ toward unlocking their fullest potential. Participants have described the work as riveting, deeply moving, funny, sensible and humane.
Known for his straight talking, no-nonsense style, Terry disarms with humor, warmth, and compassion. The format is simple: After introductions, Terry works with a couple for an hour and a half to two hours. Group members may offer the couple feedback about what got triggered in them as they witnessed the work. After a break, Terry works with the next couple. The power of the group grows. As themes, both universal and highly particular, emerge, the cumulative experience becomes more than the sum of its parts. Some couples go from good to great, many transform in front of one’s eyes, changing patterns that have bothered them for years.
